Buffering non stop!

Hi @abj10y,

On this last result I see a much better result on your Fast.com speed test (24Mbps), did you change anything on your setup to run this test? Did you run it in another moment of the day compared to the other tests you ran?

Thank you,
Avner

Hi again @abj10y,

Another agent just noticed that for the bad results of Fast.com, your ISP appears as “AT&T” and not as “Viasat”:

The most recent one is Viasat:

Were you using any VPN service while running those “AT&T” tests?

Thank you,
Avner

Hi @abj10y,

Actually based on the information you sent, it looks like the 24 Mbps result was over Viasat and the 1 Mbps result was over AT&T.

If you could click “show more info” under your results and then take a screenshot we could confirm this. See this example below (my provider at home is Spectrum).

Once we confirm this we can continue the troubleshooting to find the root cause, please don’t think we are trying to avoid the core part of the conversation. We just want to confirm that that 1 Mbps result is not Viasat, because that would indicate an issue with the video speeds.

Thanks,

Nacho
