Hello My account was officially disconnected 8/24/24, when can I expect return box to ship equipment back to viasat?
when I called, They stated 7-10 days after the shut off date via UPS, So if it was the 24th earliest would be maybe August 31- Sept 3rd

Return boxes are usually sent 7 business days after your effective disconnect date.
You can check with the folks over at Customer Care regarding this shipment and its status.
