I keeping getting a flashing white light on my Modem. I called in to ask why. The young lady i talk too was no help. She told me to reset. But that didn’t work. Then she started telling it would cost for a tech to fix there equipment. I dont understand. Its there equipment.

I see that your modem is still offline. Before we request a service call, could you try out some possible solutions?
- Could you check the modem’s cable connections?
- Could you check if something happened to the antenna or its cable connection outside?
If everything looks good, and you still see the blinking white light, it would indicate that the modem has become faulty.
