Blinking Light continues not fixed yet

I’m so Flushered. I dont feel like Viasat gives nothing about there customers. My internet has been out over two weeks. I have a blinking light for a while. Indented no connection anymore. I did everything they asked. Stand behind your equipment. It went bad. Told me I would have to pay again for equipment. Im already paid for your services.
