Bill jumped from 160 to 190?

Bill lists additional $17 for products and services but what is that.

Spent $10 for more data so im aware of that charge

We forum personnel more frequently deal with technical rather than billing issues so our ability to assist with this sort of inquiry is limited. However, I did check your account and can see that those additional charges were for the Viasat shield Premium service. Are you using the Viasat Shield app?

I downloaded the app but doesn’t seem to work.

Did you try calling the customer care line (855-463-9333)? That’s usually the best option for dealing with account/billing problems.
