Big Problem with your data useage measuring method

I just checked my data useage on my viasat and somehow I’ve used more than 320 GB of high speed data since this morning and I am in the DSE experiment. Please explain how? only watched maybe 1.5 hrs of video and surfed internet today.

Ok, I checked your usage and it’s not the same as you see in your app:

Perhaps there was a temporary bug in the app, or maybe the app was logged in with someone’s else account. Could you try log out, then log in and see if the value remains the same?

@geo, also check if the app is updated. You can check that in your smartphone app store.

Thanks for your reply. When I copied the above screenshot the web page showed my name. I just checked again with both laptop and phone app and both are showing your results now. Must have been hiccup in the software. Good for other members to know.

I guess I can take my hand off my chest now and stop repeating “I’m coming to see you Martha” :wink:
