I am being heavily throttled at night, Like I don’t have any high speed data, Which I do, And often during the day my speeds crash down badly as well,Swear this “Unleashed” plan is useless compared to the older plans!

I’m sorry about this situation. As of right now, your account is still under the deprioritized tier of usage:
If you’re able to lower your data usage this month, then the system will automatically remove you from the de-prioritization.
On an important side-note, I had a look at your account again and it seems you have an equipment issue: your cable resistance is currently fluctuating around 5.5 Ohms, which is higher than the target of 5.0 Ohms.
Could you please unplug your cables and connect them again? If the problem persists after that, we will have to schedule a tech visit.
