Reading the posts I have no doubt that I will continue having problem after problem with Viasat. I feel sorry for Viasat employees-taking the flack for a crummy company. It is Internet that functions on a whim. It’s out more than it’s on. And if it’s not all the way out - it blinks in and out disrupting laptop use particularly. Kids can’t do homework - I can’t do work from home. Now there’s some issue with connectivity involving the modem. (Surprising I know) and I must wait 8 days for a tech - all this at amazingly high prices. What a deal! I am looking at Starlink at the moment and praying for the arrival of Focus broadband. There are 7 Viasat users in our neighborhood. Every one of them has the same problem. Read the reviews on the internet - not one single customer is happy - not one. In this day and age - Viasat is like stepping back in time. Although I don’t remember dial up even being this bad
