My modem was upgraded over a month ago. What a mess no service. First tech did not bother to show up,after wasting my entire day. I was promised a call from a supervisor and my service would be upgraded THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. Second tech came a week later said dish out of alignment. Service worked for maybe 2 days. Today another tech came and informed me the dish was out of alignment again.I made a call to viasat today about all the time I had no service. I was offered $11.00 credit. What a insult. I have had no service for almost a month. I have come to the conclusion viasat really sucks

The lack of service in your area could be caused by congestion, but there might be other issues in effect, such as Wi-Fi issues.
To verify this, can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis on https://speedcheck.viasat.com, with the Viasat Browser?
This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.
