Technician had many problems today. I THINK that I might have a better signal now after second and third TRIA replacement but unable to do an advanced speedcheck because of the following error:
"An unexpected error ocurred.
Error description: Request failed with status code 400"
This has occurred before and I believe it was corrected by software download on your end.
Hopefully you can correct this so I can run further tests…

I am able to complete advanced speedcheck now and please see my results history for today’s really bad results.

as previously informed on another post, your issue stems from congestion and there is no short-term solution for it. Our engineers are constantly working to improve this situation but I understand how frustrating this can be, and we’re sorry for the situation.
