I checked with internal teams and with accounts under your region whether the new SNR could be affecting your account, but on the logical network beam that you are located, the normal expected value is 3.0dB to 4dB.
Right now, your forward link signal strength is 4.9dB, and this meets the criteria. Other subscribers with healthy accounts have similar values to your signal quality.
According to our long analysis, your internet setup doesn’t have any inherent issues – but these false positive warnings for Mispoints and Wi-Fi (while using cable) come from the discrepancy between your modem and your device speeds. This is unfortunately due to network congestion in your specific region.
In general, your account and setup are healthy outside this problem. We’ve been investigating your slow speeds internally for a while, and at this current moment we have no long-term solution for your specific case.
If you’d like, for ease of mind, you can request a service call free of charge due to having the add-on “Easy Care”, but we can’t be certain this will have any positive effect on your setup.
