Alignment Correction

We just had some 70+ mph winds and things seem to be really slow. Who do I contact to check the alignment to ensure it is correct.

Hi @samuelcharrison,

I see a big drop in signal quality (that came along with a brief offline event) on Friday early in the morning, but as of now your antenna’s signal quality looks good and your speeds appear to be back to normal.

Have you noticed that the speed issues you reported persist?

Thanks Nacho, was just making sure. We had a big storm blow thru. These numbers look a lot better than I was getting.

You mentioned the numbers look a lot better than what you were getting. Is that still the case? If they’re lower, you can run an advanced speed check (detailed steps here: How to run a complete speed diagnosis?) in order to see your device and modem speeds at the same time, since it could be a Wi-Fi issue.
