Hi the plow bumped my satellite dish and I’m hoping to adjust it my self with your help if possible I think I need an access key
I’ve sent you a private message with the install key.
I’ve pointed my dish to the viasat 2 satellite but my modem is just blinking white and in the mite app it says no connection and won’t let put in a install key so I’m not sure what I need to do

Do you have access to your modem page by typing the address in the first video?
I followed the directions but can not get a modem menu and it’s saying it’s not connecting to the satellite dish
Please try reconnecting all cables and ensure they’re well plugged in, just for good measure, and try again. If that doesn’t work, could you kindly share a screenshot of your screen when you try to access your modem menu?

I see that you had a successful service call on January 10 to repoint and re-peak your antenna, and it looks proper on our side.
