I cannot view my data usage and the login page is complete blank - I have tried 3 browsers on 2 different devices

Please, could you send us a screenshot of the page? It might help the team to troubleshoot that issue.
The same thing was happening to me since yesterday afternoon. It finally started working just a few minutes ago. Before that it was a blank screen with my.viasat.com in the URL and therefore nothing to screenshot. I did check a website that test websites and it said you were down showing no response from my. Viasat page.

Please try reloading the page without the browser cache (Ctrl + F5). As @heididog mentioned, it seems the issue is fixed.
