Abnormal Consistent Slow Speed

I am not currently at the house that I have Viasat installed. I am only there a week each month. The speeds I experienced in June where predomently extremely slow compared to the speeds I usually get. I opened two cases through the call center that did not result in any improvement (Case #'s 08061433 & 08101610). I have attached the results file in CSV format of several speed test from June as well as from May.

Is is possible for you to:

A. Run a test to check the status of my satellite dish aim and modem. Speed to the modem would be very beneficial.

B. Schedule a field technician if it appears that one is needed. I will be at the location July 10th through July 15. The short period of time I am there does not usually allow time to schedule the field technician after I get there.

Thank you. If you see the possibility that a field technician is required I would need one scheduled for July 11 thru July 16.
