If 850 GB Prioritized is the limit before being throttled during "peak times(evenings) when the network is “congested”. Then why is it I can’t seem to hit above 5mbps on ANY device, and the modem itself isn’t going much higher than 5mbps, and im at 698GB. Even the mobile carriers waited til you hit the limit to throw the brakes on.
I’ve had a quick look at your account, and it seems your service is in the Suspended state as of 8/9/2024.
