2.47 mbps download speeds, supposed to get 25mbps

I am getting 2.47 mbps download speeds I am supposed to get 25mbps I am having trouble with people hearing me on my phone. I can hear them fine. I have Quantum phone connection.

Hi @paulus491 I saw your recent results and the speeds really dropped considerably, but seem to be getting back up again, as your last result was 35Mbps: [image] Could you keep running these tests during the day, to see if things have gotten back to normal? I’ll investigate your modem and setup in the meantime, to verify whether anything’s gone wrong after the weather event. Thanks!
