$100 Visa gift card and $50 referral bonuses

I signed up for internet service under a promotion of $100 Visa gift card after 3 months of service and if you referred your salesman to someone and they also purchased the package you would receive $50 bonus and the person you referred them to would also receive $50 bonus. I was referred to Viasat by my friend so she should receive $50 and I should receive the $50. I then referred my salesman to my neighbor so that is another $50 and she should receive $50. I am going on my 4th month and have heard nothing. I started my service in February 2024. So in total I should have a $100 Gift Card and $100 referral bonues.

I anyone else having the same problem.
