0 MB after HS is done

This is my second attempt at getting assistance. I already wrote on the forum and sent 2 emails and still nothing. After the HS internet is done my internet falls to 0 MB. I know that it is supposed to get lower MB but 0 is just to much

Thanks for the information. Just to let you know, since you posted it publicly we’ve redacted your message, but we’ve received the info and found your account in the system.

How does your internet work while you still have high-speed data? Also, would you like for us to take a look into your detailed usage to verify if your data has been used abnormally? If so, you just need to consent to us looking into it.

Lastly, could you send an advanced speed check using Viasat’s Speed check tool? The advanced test requires you to be logged in and also requires the Viasat browser, but it can display both speeds from the device and the modem which can help us figure out where the issue might be. If possible, share one from the afternoon and one from the evening.
